Subscription Policy

Some products in our store may be available as a subscription. This policy explains how those subscriptions work. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How subscriptions work

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency and duration you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details may be stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto‑renew at the end of their term. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal date.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

  • You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

  • Your order or subscription confirmation emails include links that allow you to view, manage or cancel your subscription.

  • Cancelling a subscription will stop future recurring orders, but it will not cancel any order that has already been processed.

Returns and refunds on subscription orders

  • Subscription deliveries are subject to our usual Returns and Refunds Policy, including our strict 14‑day window for raising any issues with perishable products.
