Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 22 working days from the time your order is received and confirmed.
Shipping is free on orders where the final basket value is over £20.00 after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied. If your final order value after discounts is £20.00 or less, standard shipping charges will apply as shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, weekends, bank holidays, and any unforeseen delays.

UK orders

UK orders are shipped using our standard delivery service, with expected delivery times shown at checkout.

International orders and local taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs charges once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
The recipient is responsible for paying any such additional costs (including any handling or brokerage fees) that may be applied by the destination country’s customs office or courier before delivery.
